         From Fall River take MA-79 North ramp toward Taunton /Middleboro. Merge onto US-6 West /MA-138 North toward Somerset. Turn slight right onto ramp. Turn slight right onto Riverside Ave / MA-138. Continue on MA-138 to 1016 County Street on the corner of Buffinton St.

     From Providence and points north.

Take Rt I-195 East to Exit 4 and take the Lee's River Avenue Exit toward MA-103 / Somerset

​Keep right to take MA-103 / Ocean Grove.  Merge onto Lees River Avenue. Turn Left  onto Wilbur Ave /MA-103.Enter roundabout and take the 2nd exit onto Riverside Ave

Stay straight which turns into County Street.  1016 County St is on the right on the corner of Buffinton St.

Directions to the Pistol Range

     We have access to TWO ranges for training. Upon completion of the classroom instruction, you will then be given  directions to the range we will be utalizing.  A map will be provided.  Transportation will also be available

at no attitional cost to and from the range.

​Classroom instruction will be presented by either Edwin T. Scallon an NRA and MA licensed Instructor or Kathleen P. Scallon an NRA and MA licensed instructor.  Kenneth Freeborn and Korey Freeborn are also Certified NRA instructors.

This is PHASE II 4 hour WITH LIVE FIRE COURSE. Range time is required to fufill the required elements for the NRA certificate.

All classroom instruction will be taught at the Commonwealth Firearms and Training Center Classroom.  It is a FOUR hour classroom instruction and thereafter 1 hour at the pistol range.  Edwin T. Scallon, Kate Scallon Korey Freeborn are all certified Range Safety Officers. Due to the required Range element the class size is limited to 3 students ONLY.
